We accept orders 24 hours a day, every day of the week. All orders are shipped from our distribution hub in College Grove, TN via USPS. MAURO Seed Co. ships to all 50 U.S. states and follows the standard methods available by USPS. Orders placed are usually processed and shipped within 0-2 business days from the time the order is placed. Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST are usually shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST are usually shipped out the next business day. USPS does not pick up or deliver on weekends.

We offer a flat rate of $2.95 for shipping on orders less than $50. MAURO offers free shipping when the subtotal in your shopping bag is greater than or equal to $50.00, excluding tax and any other offers or price adjustments. We reserve the right to select shipping method - either USPS Standard or USPS First-Class shipping. Terms are subject to change without notice.

If the package shows delivered to your address, but is missing you must report the lost to us within 2 weeks of placing your order. Once you have reported your lost package, we will launch an inquiry with our carrier about the lost package and attempt to have it recovered. If the carrier declares the package to be a complete loss, we will reship your order to you at no charge if stock is available. We are not responsible for post delivery theft, or deliveries to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customer.

MAURO Seed Co. sells the finest seeds you can buy. Our germination rates far exceed government standards, and when planted according to recognized practices, should provide excellent results. To date, we have never had a single complaint about the quality of our products.

We guarantee our seeds to germinate at reasonable rates for two years from the date of purchase. Seeds are also guaranteed to grow true to type. Seed packets may be returned for only these reasons, and are only eligible for an exchange or refund up to the purchase price of the item. We are not responsible for return shipping costs.

We are not responsible for external factors like bad weather, poor timing, bad soil, over or under watering, insects, disease, floods and basic human incompetence that can all lead to unanticipated and unsatisfactory results.
